Look this may be true for you and some women but it’s just not been true in my experience. How many times have I heard about the tall, skinny, and fit boy (who often ends up being a dickhead) 😭 sure I don’t doubt women hide their feelings sometimes but it’s not hard to feel like no women like you when I’ve commonly seen them aggressively pursue those kinds of men and no one else

The funny thing is that this mindset that they have is so unlikable that it only serves to reinforce their fears about women not liking them. Then it’s just a feedback loop of self sabotage where they can’t imagine it not being that way for others cause then they would have to confront the fact that they’re the reason that girls don’t like them. They’d rather think that all girls are the problem (which is an absurd statement if u think about it) to protect their own ego.
