Commenting same thing here as I did there: if you are finding that sending nudes or asking for nudes is normalized/common/acceptable in your life then you are spending too much time online and in anonymous spaces. The FB example you gave is the exact reason why it’s not normalized to do this to someone you know, but is normalized in anonymous spaces.
It made sense bc I never said YOU. Maybe it was a misunderstanding of being targeted on your end. I’m saying that it stems from hookups and just sending nudes back and forth. But unless it is mutually agreed upon it can be tiresome but it is definitely not accepted unsolicited wise
Not accepted but there isn’t really anyway to combat it to wear the issue isn’t so widely happening. That is my point. It is a widespread behavior issue. Just look at handful of the posts on women specific groups. And it just feels neverending when you can’t do anything but wait for it to happen again, block, wait. Bc it always happens again
