On a PERSONAL BASIS this is fine and dandy, but 1. Having kids is a very personal decision 2. There are plenty of ways that people can be fine without college 3. Why focus on the people having kids instead of the people making conditions this bad?

If you at this very moment cannot put a child through college, you shouldn’t be having kids. People think raising a kid stops at 18 no tf it doesn’t. If you have to skip bills, go to bed hungry, or stress about finances, you don’t need to be having kids.
