I don’t think this experience is limited to dudes. Maybe this is just my personal preference, but I like when both of us are going about our day and just fall for each other. I don’t like the idea of being compared to other options or comparing other people. It feels like shopping.

I’ve tried it, you get called clingy or psycho. And being someone who was definitely clingy af, they’re justified for saying it. Unless it’s a mural love at first sight situation, it is weird to expect that level of commitment from 1 or 2 dates.
