I went and read the story on multiple news sites and it doesn’t even sound like she was directly involved? An Australian “performance activist” as he calls himself made a post after the artist said “no one is illegal on stolen land” at the Grammys that he was going to “move in” to Eilish’s mansion and then when he got to LAX got detained because her legal team contacted DHS and eventually deported he claimed it was “just a joke”.

Considering it’s not uncommon for celebrities to have their homes broken into I’m not surprised her legal team acted the way they did. From the looks of it this story is being used to call Eilish a hypocrite and discredit her. I do also agree that comment section is a dumpster fire I just wanted to point out the facts of the story it’s based on.

Oh wait I just found out he later admitted he was told by officers he entered the country on the wrong visa and was denied entry (which is not the same as being deported) so even he was lying just to make her look bad!

He said “They then said I should have applied for a business visa to go on Stephen Crowder's show in Texas (I was invited and scheduled to go on February 19). They didn’t ban me from the US, but they said I have to apply with a different visa next time. So sad.”
