if our anatomy is not what makes us women, and reducing women to their biology is wrong, why do trans women undergo surgery to receive breasts and cut off or replace their genitalia?

This week I learned that sexuality isn’t based on sex but rather gender expression or whatever. Which fine all cool and all but hetero to me is vagina having person likes penis having person, gay likes penis with penis, lesbian vagina with vagina, then all the other terms are gender expression type things or whatever whatever. Idk the world we live in is very confusing and a bit too woke sometimes but NOT MY BATTLE TO FIGHT JUST NOTICING THINGS🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Then why tf are you making it a trans debate?? Half the hillbilly ass farm girls in my animal sci classes look like boys but if youd still call them "he" whether or not theyre biologically female, its less about trans people and more about appearance
