I see people say this a lot, what are the situations where murder is justified?

I genuinely think rape is a worse crime than murder sometimes. Sometimes a murder can be justified but rape never is.

Well I consider self defense to be more varied in the court. Consider the ideal behind Gypsy rose. She killed her mother after years of abuse and was charged, but I believe that sort of thing falls more into self defense
