Oh and I worked hardware too, so there’s also the ones that expect you to know the item number for hundreds of different kinds of screws off the top of your head instead of just writing the number on the bag like the fifty signs on the aisle ask you to, the ones that think it’s your problem that they brought a sedan to bring home a pallet of concrete, and don’t get me started on the ones that squeeze past you after close claiming it’s an emergency and then take half an hour to pick some
