“WAHHHHH MISANDRY!!!!” I hope he chooses you queen.
can we normalize not supporting shitty ppl just because of how they were born. just cause a man did a fucked up thing doesn’t mean u get a free pass?? it was fucked up no matter who did it. this shit is so weird. if a dude said this you’d scream misogyny

Funny how she blames people not believing male rape victims on misandry when it’s literally misogyny

I feel like people are very deliberately not seeing the point. obviously our society has deeply misogynistic roots that are incredibly harmful. that doesn’t make other gender based crime or violence okay. it feels like someone going “man it sucks my dad broke his arm” and someone else is like “well FUCK YOU my dad was horrifically murdered!!” like they can both be bad things even if one is objectively much worse

Every time I hear about a woman doing something fucked up to a man i wanna hear her out, cause they really do have it coming more often than not.

no fr. like not to make this joke serious but 9/10 times women really truly do have a reason behind everything they do even if it seems awful. like how every crazy ex gf seems crazy until you realize most times the man abused her until she snapped

specifically talked about female rapists that are known for raping men and given a pass for it by other women - in that example it was brought to her sorority leadership and the response from them (and other girls who knew) was “oh yeah, she just does that sometimes”, which is very different from not believing victims but ok

That’s still not misandry

after the same group of girls got a man kicked off of campus for accusations of doing the same thing that ended up being completely false, but chose to ignore the same thing done by a woman, I think it is actually. my bad for not providing that context

Did they do it out of their hatred for men or did they do it because they’re fucking idiots? There’s a big difference

they found out that a man and a woman did the same wrong thing, then crucified the man and defended the woman. either they’re rolling dice to decide how to react to rape cases or…

Or they’re just fucking idiots. Considering they’re in a sorority they probably are

is this an example of misandry or a combination of misogyny (men can’t be raped) and in grouping (defending the actions of someone who is in the same group as you and not doing the same for someone who isn’t)

my school was over 2/3 greek, our sororities aren’t exactly stereotypical bc of that. but way to be super judgmental of people you don’t know
