Y’all never seem to understand the process of how immigration works across the US colony. It is incredibly lengthy and complicated. It requires residency. Many families enter a *raffle* in hopes to get picked, and it often leads to separation as it’s not based on family but names called. It’s a damn joke.

as someone who personally knows someone who made it here because of the raffle, they also are against illegal immigration. for someone to wait all that time to get here and there are others just entering illegally is a slap in the face. but luckily he doesn’t have to worry about being deported because he and his family did it the right way. the process may be slow and seem unfair, but documenting who enters the country has always been a national security priority, not denying people of freedom.

Nobody is taking away anyone official documentation.
