i don’t wanna do heavy weight, i know people say it doesn’t make u bulky but yes it does a bit, coming from someone who did heavy weight low rep in the past 😭. i want to lose inches everywhere and not gain muscle
i used to be so heavy into working out and knew a lot and i feel like i forgot.
anyways, i wanna lose weight and basically size off my body. i don’t want to put muscle where the fat is gonna go. is low weight high rep and cardio best for me?
well i do wanna gain muscle but i just really wanna slim off and lose like 25 lbs.

I lost about 30 pounds by doing just cardio almost every other day for 4 months.
I would do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 minutes on the elliptical. With a total of doing 4-5 miles by the end of it

you won't get bulky if ur using 5-20lb weights

see i use more than that and when i start lifting i go through weights quickly

if u want to slim out then stop going heavier just bc u feel like u can and just maintain at it. but i mean shit if u can lift heavier then keep it up, nothing bad about being buff👀
