If u feel like u need some way to open up to a therapist but ur afraid to speak about whatever it is 1) these ppl are professionals and probably heard worse 2) if ur therapist is judgmental and mean please get a new one. No one will be mad at you. I PROMISE 3) try jotting things down and letting your therapist read them either for the next session or when you walk in.
Bro I’ve been having a bad week. My actual therapist appointment isn’t until Wednesday. So I vented to ChatGPT. It was angry with me and told me I was right. When what I needed was someone to tell me to not let what happened ruin me. I ended up being more depressed. Until my friend told me to stop sulking which snapped me out of it.
