Justified I think is the wrong word. Women should be able to get an abortion no matter what as that’s their right. But I judge people who get them for reasons I don’t agree with

Abortion is not something that will be open minded or respectful for the most part. We are talking about ending life. Whether you believe it’s a human being, or a clump of cells. It is undeniably life you are ending. And while I believe we should protect abortion rights, I think we also need to acknowledge people are going to have very strong views and feelings and will not budge from them no matter what.

it was just the specific “ending of a life” part. many people genuinely do not know that which is fine, considering the severe conflation of the two things. it actually helps during productive discussions i have irl [since it’s usually with people who have strong opinions but little knowledge or expertise on the subject].
