So proud of u!!!!!!! I had a bad ED in highschool and idk if this would help u but what helped me at first was to have a set goal of calories and just basically eat a bunch of small snacks (cherries,avocado, turkey slices, cheese slices etc) all through the day that amounted to my calorie goal.it gives the illusion ur eating less and also reduces bloating to eat this way 🥰🥰
girl i’m so proud of you even tho i don’t know you. i struggled with an ed in high school. you are taking the steps many people struggle with. take it day by day. you took your power back, continue to hold your power to fight through this. it will eventually get easier by doing it daily. if feasible on the weekends treat yourself to a restaurant breakfast/early brunch. i love to see your progress. even tho i don’t know you, i love you for the bravery, dedication and determination you have. <3
