For your first point, it technically wasn’t even a Supreme Court case, because it was immediately thrown out. But yeah, now she’s accumulated nearly 2 decades of court costs on top of the original damages she has to pay because she fought it for so long

Also the way it’s been framed in every major headline is so misleading, so I’m doing my best to clear that up 😅 I didn’t even realize that was the same story because her case wasn’t even a landmark decision to begin with, she just wanted to have the individual choice of issuing marriage licenses or not. Basically the same sex cake case but as a government official instead of a baker
