 guys im not saying there’s anything inherently wrong with living in an apartment. Our apartment management sucks, and it’s two bedrooms so I have been sharing a small bedroom with my brother for years. Please don’t get mad at me for not loving life there

I’ve lived in an apartment for half my childhood and my entire adult life, it’s sucks and I’m sooooo happy you’re getting out of it! Definitely something to celebrate, especially when everything is so expensive these days! Save up as much as you can for when you branch out!

This is great. Management sucks here too. The place was built so long ago and the ppl act like they don’t want to fix anything as small as a socket smh 🤦‍♀️. We haven’t seen our landlord in God knows how long. He barely answers calls so we all just be figuring out shit on our own 😂

Our recycling consistently is not picked up, same with trash. One time it wasn’t picked up for nearly a month, and zero communication from landlord! Mom called and they were like ‘yeah but we’re so busy’ bitch the dumpster is FULL

That would pmo so bad. I don’t think we’ve ever had a month of it not being picked up, maybe 2 weeks. Our apartments don’t have the city’s trash services, which sucks. Bc the apartments directly across the street does lol. We’re contracted with someone entirely different and they rarely do their job. If a trash bag or box won’t fit in the trash can and you place it on the ground beside it, they’ll either only dump the trash cans and leave the other trash, orrr they’ll skip it entirely

But it only gets to that point when they don’t come on time. It’s their fault 😭. I called before and was told “We’re running behind”.. 2 weeks behind?? And they do not do recycling, which also sucks

Yeah, they are really hit or miss. They usually get our trash but it’s pretty much the schedule now that they only get recycling once a month
