Finish the hypertrophy plan, and then the other plans after that. Start cut a bit and incorporate abs workouts everyday as well as a bit of rear delts, a bit of side delts. I see u got the v taper in tho. But that’s imo, idk what other ppl tips might be

I'm hella stuck rn. What exercises and tips should I do? I am following an upper/lower hypertrophy 4 day split and I'm like in week 7 out of 8 of it and I'm doing progressive overload.
