I don’t know if anyone can relate to this but I have a gym anxiety of going by myself and passing out or having some sort of health scare when I’m there and it lwk stops me from going 💔

The gym is so unique because everyone is focused on themselves , but alot of people also inherently wish the best for the next person putting in work
