So hungry. In addition to this, I ate 2 cups of homemade vegetable soup but idk what the macros were for that since I made it a few days ago. Lesson learned: switch to low fat foods and put the calories saved their toward more protein

Why is it so hard to just let myself be bored on the treadmill? I used to do this all the time in highschool & zone out to the radio. Feeling entitled to always being entertained is probably part of how I got so lazy in the first place.

Once I started eating my calories instead of drinking them life got way easier. Not easy, but easier.

I had no idea how much my morning half and half was costing me! That’s gotta go asap. Also, my veggie soup did have hamburger in it so I probably didn’t do half bad on my protein today. Not sure what else I should eat to finish the day up
