Why is it so hard to just let myself be bored on the treadmill? I used to do this all the time in highschool & zone out to the radio. Feeling entitled to always being entertained is probably part of how I got so lazy in the first place.
It’s time to start tracking calories. And stick to it. Nothing else is working. All that “listen to your body” advice is bullshit. So here it goes.
Stats: 185lbs 5’6”
Diet: 1600 calories/day
Cardio: 1 hour walk/day
Weight: 3x/week
