Decided to revise it a bit based on some feedback. Is this better than this or should I still reduce volume? If so just specify which workouts I should cut down on within terms of sets
So this is my current split, it’s a PPL/Arnold split. I’ve felt like I’ve been stagnating bad as of late, so I’ve been changing around stuff. I don’t know if the amount of sets is the reason why, or I’m overtraining, but some advice is greatly appreciated

Only thing super noticeable is that your quad volume is a little high, i’d cut either the squat or the split squat, only need 1. Also, there’s just not much of a need to do both hammer curls and reverse curls. Both are primarily the brachioradialis (forearms). It’s been a common belief that the brachialis is the primary muscle in a hammer curl, but it just isn’t (not sure where the misconception came from tbh). There’s no position where the brachialis has best leverage.

Still gotta drop the sets. If I'm doing multiple exercises per muscle, I'd rather do 3 hard sets total than 9 sets of junk

I just don’t know what to drop exactly. All of these workouts are in the 9-12 sets per week, and from what I’ve heard that’s the sweet spot. I don’t want to drop it down lower and then it’s too little. If you can, what workouts would you recommend I lower on the sets?

The range is 4-12, not 9-12. I only do 4 sets of quads per week since they aren’t a big priority for me and I still see a lot of growth and reliably progress week to week.

Just start by dropping to 2 sets per exercise
