I was gonna comment but I want all of you to know. I didn’t take any rest days, did insane intense workouts for 4 months straight, lost 60lbs, got my bench from 95 to 205. Then I got a herniated disk that still hurts me 5 years later… pls don’t be stupid

are rest days necessary? i lift every day but haven’t seen as much growth as i want and am thinking about adding a rest day. right now do quads, pull, hammies/glutes, push and then cardio as well whenever i have time
