I'm a girl, 5'7, 297lbs. I'm on week one of my weight loss journey. I've been doing an hour of treadmill everyday because I get no steps in during the day. I've been maintaining a healthy diet. Any tips/advice to lose weight?

Stretch marks can be reduced by rubbing your stomach with some vitamin E or coconut oil. Also take good collagen peptides either in the morning on an empty stomach or before you go to sleep so your body absorbs it better. SUPER important to be on an empty stomach. I lost 60lbs in about 3 months and it helped my stomach and thighs look insanely better

Not that it’s at all a problem. It’s proof of your hard work and your trophy. But if it might bother you a bit then do what I said to do as someone who went though it. Congratulations again :)

You rlly can’t go wrong with any of it, just make sure you’re getting type 1. I prefer a marine collagen tablets but they get expensive.
