Ok, thanks for the dv ig. I literally came here for advice, and I obviously know my body is not perfect or worth showing off to atm💀😭
I'm hella stuck rn. What exercises and tips should I do? I am following an upper/lower hypertrophy 4 day split and I'm like in week 7 out of 8 of it and I'm doing progressive overload.

Just keep going with your split. Consistency and the kitchen is the hardest part. Make sure you get the amount of protein you need every day

My best advice for you is calorie deficit. If you’re craving sugar try things like raspberries/blackberries/bananas, if you’re craving salt look for things with low cals. In the gym don’t be afraid to push really hard, take shorter breaks between sets and go for more reps. When you’re hungry but have already hit your cal goal for the day drink water instead. It’s going to be difficult but you’ll be proud of yourself, be patient with your progress.

Yea, I’m struggling with kitchen hella. My gym friend said I only look great when I flex, but when I don’t flex, I look chubby😭

Also try to have a very strict and consistent meal plan, after a few weeks it will get old and then it’s time to switch it up but having a plan that doesn’t changes day to day will help you keep track and stay consistent
