
My best advice for you is calorie deficit. If you’re craving sugar try things like raspberries/blackberries/bananas, if you’re craving salt look for things with low cals. In the gym don’t be afraid to push really hard, take shorter breaks between sets and go for more reps. When you’re hungry but have already hit your cal goal for the day drink water instead. It’s going to be difficult but you’ll be proud of yourself, be patient with your progress.
