Not bad. I’d generally recommend less days lifting overall (although you can still make great progress on 6 days training) Biggest thing I noticed is that you are switching your exercises within the week, like how you are doing a different bicep exercise on each of your bicep days. This is just kinda unnecessary. It’s fine if you’re doing it for enjoyment, but generally I recommend just sticking to the same few exercises since it’s easier to track progress on just 1 movement.
U don't really need to do so many sets, unless you're going for a body building style of lifting, if you're goal is to build strength, try and look into Mike Mentzer. It is incredibly important for us to know how many reps per set you're doing, as we can gage what your trying to do. Many people think more = better, when it really works against you.
I am an athlete and I typically train for 5-6 hours throughout the day, whereas only an hour -> an hour and a half is power based lifting. During my workouts I typically am only doing 3-4 sets of 4 workouts with a small amount of rest between sets, and a large rest between movements
