Salaries should be required to be in job postings Doesn’t have to be exact, but there should be a pay range always. Otherwise you’re wasting my time and the companies time.

meanwhile they expect a bachelors with a masters preferred and are paying entry level wages but asking for 5+years experience. i got NO passion for a company that doesn’t give a shit about me
