im not sure if it blocks ppl from getting tickets, but it will make them overestimate the amount coming, and set up larger perimeters for the crowd which will make the crowd appear smaller. plus we may get a repeat of 2020 where he brags about how high the attendance is projected to be and then theres empty seats
