Also we need to talk about the way trans men and trans mascs are subtly turned away from queer/trans spaces for being “too masculine” I’ve heard a lot of trans guys talking about this
I feel like a lot of people downplay transphobia and hate trans men get as a way of malgendering them. It’s transphobic but they like to pretend like it’s not

Also “women and nonbinary people” groups that would scoff and turn me away for being “too manly” (women and nb spaces r stupid anyway because they’re lumping nb ppl in with women)

Esp if you’re only into women 😭 people telling me I’m “just a straight man” now as if half the straight men in my hometown wouldn’t beat the ever loving fuck out of me

Two of the replies on that post. Basically saying that “you chose to be a man and you should deal with the consequences (being isolated from your friends and community because you want to be comfortable in yourself)”

part of the reason women and nb spaces form is bc there’s a lot of nb who identify as lesbians and nb people are added to be inclusive. but these spaces are hostile to amab nb people and that’s the main problem imo

Those would be called trans inclusive lesbian spaces. A lot of places that say they’re for “women and nonbinary people” are also hostile to butch women
