I’m sure OP means well, but takes like this make me sad sometimes. Especially knowing that ladies don’t yet even fully have equal rights, opportunities, representation, treatment…have to still deal with stereotypes, being devalued, etc. :(

The feminism movement was created for equality, now it’s oftentimes used to promote superiority of women or degradation of men. We are completely missing the original point of equality and this is why men are pissy ab feminism.

I’m a feminist and have so much appreciation for the men who genuinely support us!! ❤️ But sadly, I don’t think that’s the only reason so many are against feminism though. :(

Aw, I get you man. 🤙 I think what was more concerning were the responses in the comments. I saw folks either hinting at it, or even outright saying, that feminism has already come far enough. 😭

That really is concerning and it sucks that people don’t realize we still need feminism…Im gay and it honestly reminds me of people saying we don’t need pride. Not to target a specific group, but in my experience, I have had so many straight white male friends, not understand that we still need movements like this and don’t see why we need them at all. Even after trying to explain to them and make them see why we do, they almost always still don’t get it which is frustrating
