for example- if you are a trans person, you need to be careful about your speech much more than a lot of people do right now. the FBI is watching trans people a little too close right now, and it’s a concession worth making if it keeps you from getting put on a watchlist trans women in particular, y’all gotta be very careful about any sort of thing that can put you under scrutiny from law enforcement. you do not want to be a trans woman in a carceral facility for reasons you likely can infer
