Y’all are so against men taking something exclusively for women (or non men) and making it about themselves until a trans man wants to become a lesbian. Then it’s totally cool for a man to invade a woman’s space. 🙌🏽

Also I hate it because of the exact reason you quoted. Why are men trying to nudge themselves in a space that literally isn’t for them? If someone whose amab wants to explore their identity and identifies as a woman lesbian (which is totally fine, I have no issue with exploring identity), but later realizes that he actually isn’t a woman (which again, TOTALLY FINE to detransition) is this cis man who likes women still allowed to identify as a lesbian because he was a lesbian for a year or two?

I think this whole “trans men being lesbians” is people just not understanding the difference between trans masc and trans men. Because transmasc can totally identify as lesbians because masc≠men. Trans MEN = men. If someone wants to be a lesbian THAT badly, maybe they’re just transmasc. If they feel that they are truly MAN, then they cannot be a lesbian.

As a trans man who used to be a lesbian, tbh I kinda miss lesbian culture. I think lesbians are some of the coolest people, and I truly do love them. However, that doesn’t make it okay for me to invade their space, even if I used to be one.
