Sometimes I remember how I was doing so bad I took 80 ibuprofen and thought itd work. The worst pain and it def destroyed my insides though. Like sometimes I'll look at my Tylenol and ibuprofen and dayquil and think about it but realize it prob wont work

I haven't confirmed if I have permanent damage but I know I probably do. My body feels like it's slowly failing at times. And ik that those kinds of medicine are so difficult to actually die with. Its more of a long term pain then immediate death.
