I wanna add to this. People truly aren’t afraid of embarrassing themselves anymore by sounding dumb and/or like they lack the depth to have certain conversations. There’s this pseudo intellect or confidence that the internet gives people, especially those who are for lack of better terms “dumbfucks”. Everyone just assumes their opinion is right no matter how it sounds or if the facts don’t support it.
