Making a list of autism things so bring to my therapist. We talked about the possibility months ago but I didn’t wanna go forward with getting diagnosed so we left it alone but I’ve changed my mind. Unraveling this as an adult is hard and oddly hurts?

Idk about you but i constantly feel like a blobfish being pulled up from the depths but I’m always stuck in the twilight zone
