Hmm, that, imo is harder, but still like doable. What works for me personally is generalizing those traits and recognizing them in other people I’d admire, whether it’s a close friend, a celebrity, or even a fictional character. It helps me recontextualize that attribute as something that brings me closer to a figure I admire, rather than a relative who I have yucky feelings abt

Oh actually that’s a really good idea! I’ll try that I’d just need to find examples of people who look like me who I’m not related to. Also might be harder cause like I don’t have a specific list of features I don’t like yk? More just like. Generally seeing that we sometimes look related. But I might be able to solve that one by just thinking about it. But idk. If you have an idea for that one too that’d also be neat lol but thank you regardless :3

That’s a super valid problem, lemme think actually 💀 Uhhh, this might be a how my artsy fartsy brain works thing bc I don’t really got a list either, I more like just think of each physical aspect as if I’m draw someone, and then it’s easier to like compare/contrast these details with other people, if that makes sense. Details like size of facial details, if they have a higher/lower placement on the face, overall silhouette + proportions of a person etc. I hope that kinda made sense 😭
