I reached out a couple days ago and now I’m just waiting for a response back. It’s wild how I felt fine a week ago but after moving back on campus my brain is already being mean to me and the loneliness is hitting bad
Concerned for my mental health this fall cause it was so bad last year and now I have more things to stress about. I don’t want to socialize more than I already am with school + job searching, but would it be wise to reach out to a counselor in advance?
