 Can someone tell me how the hell someone like Kirk Cousins gets so financially lucky? He’s a mid but serviceable QB, and has like 3-5 solid games on each team and keeps getting paid close to Mahomes type money. HOW?

There is a huge deficiency in QBs until next year and poverty franchises are getting squeezed by their fans rn for production.
