Is it normal (acceptable) for roommates parents to stay the night at an apartment while other roommates are there when the roommate whos parents are there stay somewhere else?

My roommate does this but w her bf (she’s only been dating for like 4 months) and I get no heads up or anything that he’s staying at our place alone. It’s definitely weird. Can’t wait to be in my own apartment in July 😭
