Funny enough I am trans (but female to non-binary he/they who presents VERY feminine but I didn’t tell that to confessions because they wouldn’t get it 🙄.) but also I hate being called a trans woman. Not because I don’t like them but because- (comments.)
I’m much taller (5’11) than my male co-worker and he’s so insecure about it that he keeps calling me transgender in a different language thinking I don’t understand. (More in comments.)

He’s doing it AS an insult. He’s purposely trying to make me feel bad by implying that I’m a trans woman. He has such venom and transphobia behind it and it’s genuinely so… malicious.

I love trans women and as a NB person I don’t understand why they get so much unnecessary hate and why they don’t even do anything but people still think about them in either the most fetishized or hateful ways possible. It’s unbearable.

trans women get so much shit because according to patriarchy, a woman shouldn't be a thing somebody wants to be, men are the standard, the golden child, and being a trans woman means walking away from being a man and going towards being a woman, which is bad, or wrong and bigots see transness as a choice, so the idea of someone CHOOSING not to be a man, and giving up the privilege, undermines the concept of patriarchy as a whole that masculinity and being a man is best.
