1. The Supreme Court basically forced that trial to wait until after the election. 2. The American people believe he was right to do so and therefore elected him president clearing him of all charges. In the eyes of the ppl the only crime is Biden failure

Being rich didn’t get him off. Millions of Americans putting their input in and electing him as president did. Yes he is a felon but the American people told you how they feel. It’s black and white most Americans view Biden/ Kamala as far more dangerous than Trump. I agree he should be in prison but the reality is he was and is the rightfully elected president.

If Kamala were more popular Trump would be rotting in a cell. I’ve said over and over he’s a piece of shit but he was elected president stop being pissed about something you can’t fix and focus on what you can. Ex. Policy, opposing his foreign policy, the war in Ukraine/ Gaza situation/ Palestine situation/ Iran etc.

He was already facing prosecutions. Without the powers and protections of the presidency he would have had to go to trial. He likely would have been found guilty. So yes he would be rotting in a cell.

His election as president and the protections of the presidency basically cuts all those prosecutions unless he commits the exact same crimes again this presidential term.
