We’re WAY past the need of a $15 minimum wage. Inflation and wage stagnation has hit us so hard I argue a $35-$40 minimum wage is the new liveable wage in this country. Universal healthcare would also offset our exorbitant healthcare costs.

Its okay to wish the laws of supply and demand didn’t apply just like its okay to wish the law of gravity didn’t apply to you. That doesn’t mean it’s productive to create public policy in denial of the law of gravity.
