No I'm actually not in the Trump admin. Aren't you guys now admitting that the background check processes and forms that you championed for years as common sense solutions are just government surveillance because Trump made them show whether or not you're trans?

All they did to change the 4473 against trans rights was make it say sex at birth instead of gender. This would allow them to track trans people's gun purchases IF AND ONLY IF the NICS system or 4473s themselves are a federal registry of gun purchases (which have been ruled as unconstitutional).
