I’m so like out of the loop atp I’m so TIRED. But I truly think we should only show the work ppl have done on resumes. No names. Race. Gender. The whole hire process. Once selected at the end, emails sent, do you get to see all that info.
To assume that every minority employee, and especially leader, you see was hired because of dei and not because of their qualifications is incredibly racist and idk how you could see it any other way

not that I like, disagree with you. But are you saying we should abolish interviews

Yea this is why I’m not in politics but also good review. Here’s a solution we do in teaching. We have essay questions and that are personally read over and then when interviews are selected, they reiterate the question for similar answers and how they come off in the interview which then they get call backs.
