You're trying to dunk on a college student with no money and influence because that's the easy thing to do. The democrats have billions of dollars and more influence and do fuck all with. Those 8 million protesters had an opportunity to do anything that led to actual change, and did nothing. Keep defending the movement that does nothing for anyone.

The capital D Democrats have lots of money yes but they’re not interested in using it to change the status quo in any meaningful way, they’re not even able to stop the most abhorrent things being done by the trump admin.

What I’m pushing back against is people sitting at home doing fuck all hopping on here to call protestors idiots for engaging in a protest that wasn’t super impactful in the big picture. Bc 1. Those protests did have SOME positive effects (petition signings, voter registration, sharing of info, displays of solidarity…etc) and 2. If all those people are so dumb for not using the day to have a large effect, what are they missing? Can you let us in on your plan?
