Brother let’s have BOTH that’s the point here (though there’d be arguments over what to call it since it’s still a practiced religious holiday for many. Shrove Tuesday? Fat Tuesday? Keep the French Fat Tuesday and federally be Mardi Gras? ALL THREE?)
