12 day war between Israel and Iran, we were not at war he “barreled us toward a recession” only becasuse “the top economists” said so?? There was never a chance of a recession he put tariffs on as a means of negotiating, and he paused those tariffs because they started negotiating, that’s how it works dimwit. Not because “oh he realized he fucked up” but because the tariffs were doing what they were meant to do.

The federal reserve isn't just some economists. It's literally their job to raise it lower the interest rate based on how well the economy is doing and if they feel it might enter a recession which they've said is still a good possibility
