Unfortunately, I concur with this. We need to be proud of the flag of our nation. We need to be proud of our country. But in order to do so we need to transform this nation into one that we can be proud of without feeling guilty of that

I believe in the ideals but the flag itself is on t-shirts, bumper stickers, hoodies, mugs, balloons, hats, stickers, and all this cheap useless nonsense SHIT that degrades the flag into the ground. All these people who basically have the flag stitched into their clothes and tattooed everywhere but inside their ass have degraded it beyond saving anyway. Burning it means nothing anymore. Wearing it is the most disrespectful thing I can think of.
