I’m so tired of mfs telling me that it’s “unhoused” instead of “homeless” like actual homeless people actually give the tiniest of shits. It’s only happened twice but like tf
I kinda feel like the whole politically correct word policing has gotten out of hand to the point where it’s preventing action since you can’t achieve perfection.

today i was told it’s not okay to call people lazy just because they don’t want to do anything 💀

BRO LITERALLY the homeless have bigger (real) problems to worry about like their next meal rather than words. I think the whole word policing is a very over privileged take

This PC BS pisses me off bc why can’t you just say what it is. They have no home, they’re homeless. Someone that lives in anything other than a house can be called unhoused. Yall just sound weird

I lowkey also believe neurotypicals and office culture have made conversations so much more complicated than it needs to be

also: if i were homeless and someone told me “you may not have a house, but you do have a home 🫶” i’d punch them i think

RIGHT 😭 like homeless people aren’t living in the streets bc “everyone’s so nice in their community” (crackheads little bit of a different story) but I feel like it almost infantalizes grown struggling people
