Except this is good for Amazon. They pay less and have less benefits than other delivery companies, routinely union bust, and there’s no guarantee they’ll actually hire the contractors that are about to lose their jobs. If you want Amazon to be liable, draft legislation that requires Amazon to assume liability for the employees apart of the contracted companies when making Amazon deliveries, NOT ban contracting them
