Yes, I think 18 year olds who feel hopeless and are vulnerable to deception by the government may not be capable of realizing the later consequences of some high-stakes decisions because of short-term desperation

Russia, this may shock you, is not the only non-extradition country. And the real “underprivileged” people are the innocent victims guys in their jets are bombing to death. Being poor dosent excuse it, and often isn’t even the case, most come from white middle class families.

It might be one of the only countries willing to accept an asylum claim from someone running away from military duty though, because the rest may simply deport you

Who is “worshipping veterans” by saying we need to give them things like better mental health support when they come home from the war? Who is worshipping veterans by acknowledging the harm the system is causing that also indoctrinated them? The dichotomy of you think I have to take either the position that veterans should die or worship them. INSANE.
